Development Watch: 436 Waverly Avenue

The mansion at 447 Clinton Avenue (the peaked roof of which you can see in the background of this photo) must be getting pretty close to being finished by now, given that it’s been almost two years since we walked through the early stages of renovation. The carriage house to the rear, which is located at 436-440 Waverly Avenue, however, is still in the early stages; in addition to basically rebuilding the original structure from scratch, if memory serves, the effort also includes the erection of a second, similarly-sized building next to it.
