There hasn’t been a whole lot of action to report on at the site of 571 Carroll—and 18-unit project between 4th an 5th avenues—for a while now, but construction has lately kicked into high gear. A rendering of what the finished product is supposed to look like is on the jump, as is part of a sign the developer put on the outside of the site many months ago in response to complaints of construction noise.
