Work at 174 Clermont Avenue, a 15,000-square-foot new residential building in Fort Greene, appears to be just about wrapped up. And you know what? We think the design of the six-story, six-unit building looks pretty good, though we’re not thrilled with how it blends (or, in this case, doesn’t) fit in with the scale of the neighboring buildings.
