360 Grand Avenue came on the market last February asking $799,000 and underwent a couple of price cuts before landing at $699,000 in April. Given its, um, unusual exterior and the fact that the interiors were not presentable enough to get included in the listing, we thought that even $699,000 was a stretch for the 2,520-square-foot pad. Then again, for someone looking to do a gut renovation, maybe it was a good “condo alternative,” to use broker-speak. Whatever the rationale and the price, someone stepped up to the place because it went into contract last Monday. Surprised? What price do you think this went for?
