60 South Oxford Street is one of the least scenic buildings on what is a beautiful park block in Fort Greene. This one-bedroom on the fifth floor, though, has a nice basic layout to recommend it and a reasonable monthly maintenance of $525. The kitchen is new, too, but it’s unlikely to inspire much lust from potential buyers. As such, the $399,000 asking price feels high to us.
