This one-bedroom at 1 Plaza Street West is a classic and, not surprisingly, we’re liking it. It’s got solid prewar cred and the views, especially from that corner bedroom, are downright sweet. The asking price is $495,000, not cheap for a one-bedroom in Park Slope, to be sure, especially when the same line is for sale on the 16th floor for just $4,000 more. Then again, this location and building are hard to beat if the Slope is your thing.
