The result is a very large (1,200 square feet) two-bedroom apartment with a slightly untraditional layout that appears to work nonetheless. The apartment has lots of prewar details and looks to be in excellent shape. Location-wise, it’s just a couple of blocks from Grand Army Plaza. The monthly maintenance is surprisingly low at $770.
