New York Shitty needs a translator for some recent tagging that was discovered on storefronts in Greenpoint. Sent in by a NYS reader, “a person is tagging in what looks like elvish.” The reader found the first set on Leonard and Norman and the second on Eckford and Nassau. Anyone know what the tagging says?
