When we looked at 238 St. Marks Avenue back in January, we said the big question was whether the building would ever get finished; now, it’s safe to say, the big question is whether it will ever sell. In recent weeks, a sign proclaiming the new development’s Nom de Marketing has appeared and, drumroll please, it’s Vantage 238. The splash page mentions “sales information,” so they’re not conceding defeat yet. No unit-specific info has been released yet, though the DOB filings mention a total of 20 units. As of now, Corcoran has the gig.
