We haven’t been able to track down any details yet, but according to this weeks LPC agenda, St. Joseph’s College wants to tear down this one-story religious building at 254 Clinton Avenue in Clinton Hill in order to build a gymnasium. Presumably it would take up more space than the 20-foot-wide footprint of this lot. Anyone know more? GMAP
