A tattoo parlor, Clinton Hill’s first by our count (though we could just be hopelessly out of the tattoo loop), is scheduled to open at 212 Greene Avenue, next door to Choice Greene just in from Grand Avenue. According to two separate sources, the lease is signed and work has already begun.
