Yesterday’s Landmarks hearing about the suitability of installing one of the new self-cleaning pay toilets in Grand Army Plaza was a little anti-climactic. The LPC did not vote on the matter, requesting instead that DOT provide more photos of where the automated loo would reside. No word on when the issue will come before the commission again.
