Forte Marketing Effort Gets a Makeover

After a couple of years of keeping control over the sales process at the Forte in house, the Clarett Group has gone outside and tapped The Developer’s Group to take over the marketing of the 108-unit tower in the BAM Cultural District of Fort Greene. As you can see from the new ad running on this site, the visual campaign has had a makeover. As far as we can tell, the squad change has not come with any sweeping price cuts. (Updated listings are here.) It will be interesting to see if this move—combined with the typically strong spring season—can jump start sales. Judging from the stats on StreetEasy, the 30-story tower is about 50-percent sold. According to the brass at TDG, the model apartments have also gotten make-overs.
