When we last paid our respects to the 5 One 5 Condos in October, all but two of the 15 units had sold. What’s the status five months later? All but one of the 15 units are sold. That leaves just Apartment 6D, a 1,110-square-foot three-bedroom with a price tag of $785,000 (originally listed a year ago at $924,000). Don’t get your hopes up, though: We hear that there’s an accepted offer on this last unit. This may have to be considered one of the last success stories of the great boom.
