When we checked out the two-pronged Lalezarian project on Gold and Tillary in December, the 100,000-square-foot, 13-story piece at 277 Gold (fronting Tillary) had topped out but nothing had work at 235 was still below street-level. Now however, as the facade at Number 277 gets bricked up, Number 235 is flying along: This one will also be 13 stories but it will have 377 units over a total of 326,609 square feet. McDonald’s better staff up.
