There’s a thread on Brooklynian that wants you to vote for the best new name for Park Slope. Why the need for a change? The original poster states that “since no one can ever agree what qualifies as Park Slope vs. Windsor Terrace vs Sunset Park vs South Slope etc. I propose we just call the whole thing off and decide on a new name for the area.” In the lead is Obamanutville and second place is North Sunset Park. Some write-in contenders are Slopeparksburg and Gowanuswood Park.

LOL. i actually cant stand people who put up posters in their windows for politics and crap like that. and there is so much of that in park slope. it’s like no one cares! yeah we GET it! ugh. if i put up a picture of Mo’Nique (my personal hero) in my window someone would probably have a sh*tfit!
