420 Classon Avenue Almost Ready for Lucky Winners

The folks who won last spring’s lottery for the 12 affordable condominiums at 420 Classon Avenue in Clinton Hill can’t really complain because of the deal they’re getting but, man, the process isn’t exactly flying along, is it? At this point, though, it’s out of the Pratt Area Community Council’s hands: They’re waiting for HPD to finish “vetting” the prospective owners. PACC “hopes to begin closing on the units soon,” according to an email we received from them this week.
