Just over a year ago, we reported that a café would replace the former realty office Location, Location, Location at 184 Dekalb Avenue. Well, despite the cafe-ification of Bed-Stuy and the de-cafeification of Park Slope/Windsor Terrace, this one is still not open, reports The Real Fort Greene. Anybody know the skinny?
