Watermarks at the Vue

The Vue, at 162 16th Street in the South Slope, may have great vistas of the outdoors, but it seems the insides aren’t quite measuring up. The IMBY blog reports that complaints have been filed in reference to Issac Katan’s Radusky-designed 10-story building: rainwater is seeping into the units, causing water damage (it has since been resolved, per the DOB). Despite a history of troubles at the building, and the mishmash reps of its developer and architect, it seems to have sold reasonably well. Streeteasy shows 12 previously recorded sales, and AH shows one unit in contract and six more available, including a $799,000 three-bedroom and a $540,000 one-bed.
