Sterling Green, the eco-friendly condo project on the Prospect Heights/Crown Heights border, not only has a completed facade, but a Web site and a Facebook page. There seem to be some deals for the digitally-inclined, including at $1,000 discount for those who become a “fan” of the project on Facebook and purchase a unit there; probably worth the trouble of a click for that. Great green stuff includes wind-powered common spaces, tankless hot water heaters, cabinets made from sustainable wood, etc, and bike storage as well, to encourage the green lifestyle.
