At some point in the last 24 hours, the Clinton Hill stretch of Fulton Street, reduced to a one-way work site for more than two years, finally re-opened to two-way traffic. Let’s hope it’s not too late for the businesses that held on as the mismanaged $5 million project took a year longer than planned. Nice going, DDC!
