The headline kinda says it all: After a quiet autumn, development has started up at the Pratt Institute’s new 120,000-square-foot facility at 524 Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill. The seven-story building will house the Digital Arts program along with some studios for graduate students and back-office space for the school. Glad to see this has not fallen victim to the economy.
