The old 398 Bond Street was demolished back in 1998, replacing this two-story guy that used to be there (photo from Property Shark). Somehow, the building, just next to Third and Bond, is still under construction. A new building permit was filed back in 2005, by local architect John Hatheway, calling for a three-story, two-unit building .
