Some of you have been lucky enough to espy the flocks or wild green parrots that proliferate South Brooklyn. If you haven’t, maybe it’s because they sometimes get poached, or befall other unfortunate fates. Thus, the introduction of a bill to protect them, courtesy of City Councilmember Tony Avella, says Brooklyn Parrots.
