We haven’t checked in on this building on Conover and Van Dike since October of last year, and, man, it pretty much looks the same (one reader described the architecture as “growing up Gotti”). The permit revealed a three-story, four-unit building, but that’s about all we know. Why isn’t it listed anywhere? Is it rental or co-op? It’s now got at least two neighbors to boast about, the old Red Hook (Sunny’s bar) and the new (Fairway). GMAP
