Now we know what Kellogg’s Diner’s neighbor is going to look like: The Eagle ran this rendering on Friday of the 200,000-square-foot mixed-use building rising between the diner and the BQE in Williamsburg. The 140-unit rental building was designed by Meltzer/Mandl Architects and already has landed Duane Reade as an anchor retail tenant.
