The salon we told you would open in Barbara Koz Paley’s Atlantic Gardens has finally opened. The Sanctuary Salon launched a few weeks ago at 527 Atlantic between 3rd and 4th Avenues. It’s an Aveda salon, and until Wednesday they’re offering a 50% discount on services; those include “bridal consultation” and “eyelash application.”
