Though it only opened in May, the BBQ joint Lookout Hill at 230 5th Avenue in Park Slope has turned off its smokers, according to a tipster. The space has seen quite a bit of turnover in the last few years, with Biscuit and Night and Day not lasting too long, either. Isn’t this supposed to be restaurant row? N.B.
