Wishing to be much more than a seasonal business, Lia’s Ices, which opened in July at 471 16th Street (near Prospect Park West in Windsor Terrace), is gearing up for the winter. It’s becoming a soup joint. A recent selection included chicken noodle, pasta e fagiole, lobster bisque and mulligatawny.
