Looks like the finishing touches are going in at the Fenella, another BK Developers project that adds to their reputation as one of the least aesthetically pleasing developers, and, boy, do they get around the South Slope. If you check out their renderings, you’ll see they’ve presented a long expanse of suburbanish lawn out the window, which reveals a lot about their sensibility and lack of interest in architectural contextuality.
