The Manhattan office market may be hurting, but fourteen new businesses are opening up shop in Two Trees’ spaces in Dumbo, including graphic design, marketing, and advertising companies, according to a press release that landed in our inbox this morning. They’re filling 24,000 square-feet of commercial real estate space in three Walentas-owned props—45 Main Street, 55 Washington Street and 20 Jay Street.
