We’ve been watching the new development at 1142 Bedford Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant with interest since work began back in mid-2007 mostly because the developer was trying to do a higher-end project in an area that hasn’t had one for a century. Obviously this isn’t the market he was hoping for when he started planning the 29-unit project, but according to a reply we got via email, he’s still planning on going the condo route as of now. No word on pricing.
