Another vote of confidence for the Williamsburg residential market—or at least that portion close to the Bedford L stop. The NForth (a former Brownstoner advertiser) has sold 60% of its condos in 12 weeks, according to The Developers Group. The building has four stories and 37 residences, designed by Karl Fischer with equally pervasive designer Andres Escobar handling the interiors.
