641 10th Street is a charming house on a charming block of Park Slope just off Prospect Park. We’re particularly digging the wood work on the parlor floor. There’s also a nice deck off the back of the parlor floor. While it’s hard to say whether or not the sellers will get their asking price of $2,399,000 (though we bet they’ll get pretty close to it), it’s pretty safe to say that a year ago they would have been asking a few hundred thousand dollars more. It also makes yesterday’s HOTD look like a tough sell in comparison.
