After a sneak preview last weekend, one unit at 660 Bergen Street (between Vanderbilt and Underhill) has been sold, and the rest are now officially on the market. Streeteasy shows 22 units, from $459,000 to $859,000, in the Karl Fischer-designed building. Potentially cool details include radiant heat flooring, outdoor spaces and built-in iPod docks. Stroller moms and dads might not be the target audience: All the units are one- and one-plus bedrooms (but fairly spacious ones, and even duplexes). Anybody been looking here?
