The landmarked neighborhood has five items on the agenda at the weekly public meeting; Cobble Hill has a two, while Park Slope and Prospect Park South each have one. Up for discussion: facade alteration at 55 Middagh (above), a rooftop addition at 18 Grace Court, a new dormer at 24 Willow Street, a rear yard addition at 36 Grace Court and a storefront infill at 32 Hicks Street.
