Though we were underwhelmed by the design when we first saw it, the Cortelyou Condos are in the final stages, and they look at least un-offensive; it’s hard to top the grand Queen Anne’s all around them. And the street itself is only getting better, with a new bar about to set up shop across the street, the expanded Flatbush Food Co-op and the widening domain of Vox Pop, which opened a Publish Yourself store earlier this year. Open houses start this weekend, and the two-bedroom units are mostly in the $525,000 range, with a roof terrace, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets. Does that price seem right?
