Perhaps inspired by its upscale Stone Park Cafe neighbor to the east, the space where Pizza by the Park used to be — 357 3rd Street in Park Slope — has been upgraded. Villa Rustica, says the sign, will serve Italian cuisine and brick oven pizza. There’s another Villa Rustica in Queens. Same owner, ya think?
