We’d been hearing from a couple of tipsters that brokers for the much-anticipated conversion-plus-new-build at 20 Henry Street were releasing price info to potential buyers, despite the fact that the website is still devoid of such info. On Thursday, Curbed posted a report that prices were “slightly over $1,100/sqft” and then on Friday DumboNYC posted some actual floorplans with prices: (1) a 1,530-square-foot three-bedroom for $1,575,000; (2) a 1,310-square-foot two-bedroom for $1,490,000; (3) a 726-square-foot one-bedroom for $625,000.
