On the lot next to what will be a new Chase bank, work on a new six-story, seven-unit building is now flying along. We’re dying to see what this will look like; we’re not encouraged by what the developer’s decision to turn a brownstone ground-floor apartment into a garage around the block on Clinton Avenue says about his concern for aesthetics. Let’s hope he doesn’t do the neighborhood wrong on this one too.
