Last week, we reported on the South Slope property, 18-20 Jackson Place, that had crumbled in last year’s hurricane and was slowly being resurrected, though perhaps not in the most neighborly of manners. Since then, we poked around on the developer’s Web site and found a rendering of what’s to come. The architecture doesn’t seem particularly offensive, though some of their other projects (pictured on the jump), including this particularly odd one leave much to be desired. But we felt a lot better to learn from the developer’s description of the project that, “As always, only the best materials will be used.” What a relief.
