In his acceptance speech at last Thursday night’s Brooklyn Building Awards ceremony, David Kramer of Hudson Companies and the Third & Bond Blog, spilled the beans on a piece of tasty storefront news: Choice Market, which began with a store at the corner of Grand Avenue and Lafayette in Clinton Hill before expanding to sell at the Brooklyn Flea, will be opening a new location in the ground floor of Hudson’s J Condo development in Dumbo. The high-ceilinged corner space is at the corner of Jay and York, across the street from the F train entrance. Expect more of the same yummy pastries, sandwiches and prepared foods. Big news for Dumbo!
