Since then, a handful of units have changed hands, including a couple on the top floor which went for over $900 per square foot. Compared to those levels, this 1,950-square-foot three-bedroom looks like a relative bargain at $1,435,000. It also looks good on a price-per-square-foot basis versus this 1,068-square-foot one-bedroom in the building that’s currently on the market for $835,000. Think the seller will get his/her price?
