The website for be@schermerhorn went from placeholder to real-estate-porn status last week. There’s lot of teaser info now about floorplans and finishes but no money shot: The only price info remains the price range indications in the “Contact” area of the site. As we pointed out when we reported the site’s launch, the 250 or so units will be comprised of studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms, with the cheapest apartments starting above $300,000. According to the site, formal sales will begin in the Fall.
