What looks like another Greenwood Heights/Sunset Park condo on 36th and 5th is actually a new office building c/o the owners of the car wash on the same lot. The development, New York Sunset Plaza, has 26 units renting from $1,100 to $3,000 a month, according to owner Dori Blicher. The building should be ready for occupancy by fall. Blicher says he decided to build commercial space because most offices nearby are small and outdated. Think there’s solid demand for new office space in this neck?
