Per our tipster, the development will be on the corner of 6th Street and 4th Avenue, a site where a gas station has recently been demolished. The project is down the block from the Novo and Isaac Katan is its developer and Karl Fisher is the architect. It’s slated to be 12 stories and have 107 units. Katan also had a hand in the Novo.
