The exterior’s all done at Two Trees’ somewhat controversial project at 194 Atlantic Avenue. As you may recall, the Dumbo-based developer’s efforts to build an extra 10 feet above the 50-foot height limit were rebuffed, though it did gain approval to build some habitable bulkheads set back from the roof line. From this angle at least, they appear to not be visible from the street.
