A couple of months after the marketing banners went up, some activity finally commenced this week at 20 Henry. The owners of the former Peakes Mason Mints building finally got approval last week for the 4-story, 14-unit building that they plan to build in the courtyard at the northern end of the property. As we reported back in April, the cheapest apartments will be north of $400,000.
