Clinton Hill isn’t the only neighborhood with new outdoor seating in the pipeline. There’s some good news for sun-worshipping sweet-tooths in the Heights: The Häagen-Dazs at 120 Montague Street gained approval from a Community Board 2 subcommittee last week to add sidewalk seating, according to District Manager Robert Perris.
