The large new high-end club on 4th Avenue and Garfield Place, Garfield’s, was jumping last Friday evening. The nightclub, which has been open for a couple of months but only seems to welcome patrons every so often, was hosting a benefit for the corrections officer killed in Brooklyn last week, according to one of the people lined up outside the club.
